📦 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. Once a floral arrangement has been delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned for resale or reuse.
💸 Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The flowers arrive in poor condition (wilted, damaged, or incorrect).
- Your order is not delivered on the promised date due to our fault.
- You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.
To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including:
- A clear photo of the item received.
- Your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer a full refund or replacement based on your preference.
